Eva Colque is an agricultural engineer who has been involved in supporting Bolivian Andean communities for over 30 years. Returning to the territory of her Aymara ancestors, she has taken on key roles such as Jilacata (the highest indigenous authority) and president of the Congress of the Pajchani Molino Indigenous community.
A graduate of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in agronomy and specialized in agroecology, she has a wealth of experience with organizations such as Fundación NUNA Bolivia, where she is a director. She is bilingual in Spanish and Aymara, and her work promotes equality and community participation, reflecting a lifelong commitment to sustainable and equitable development.
Unfortunately, we have to postpone Eva Colque’s solidarity visit until the spring of 2025, as we are still waiting for her visa.
