From January 17 to 19, 2025, our dedicated young members of Development and Peace – Caritas Canada gathered in Montreal for the National Youth Assembly. Once again, this annual event provided a dynamic platform for discussion, learning, and mapping an exciting year full of promise.

Members of Development and Peace ― Caritas Canada’s national council went on a week-long retreat to seek inspiration, build consensus and develop strategies for taking the organization forward in its chosen new directions.

Over 170 people from across Canada were present for the official launch of our campaign, along with two of our partners.

On January 20, we held our second virtual annual general meeting (AGM). One hundred and sixty-nine people attended the assembly.
