About Micheline (Mika) Lévesque, Program Officer for Asia, DPCC:

Professional in international relations in the areas of cooperation, human rights, democracy and development. Graduated from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in four fields of studies (MALD, PhD ABD).
Lived several years in Mexico, Middle East and in Asia, including 5 years in an Indochinese refugee camp in Thailand.
She was the Programs Officer for Asia for 18 years at Rights & Democracy (International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development and has been with Development and Peace for over 10 years. She is currently working on Cambodia, Indonesia and The Philippines.
