When: From Friday, April 25 until Sunday afternoon, April 27, 2025 — starting at 6:45 p.m. CST (Saskatchewan time) / 5:45 p.m. CT (Manitoba time) on Friday, April 25.
Where: In-person at Beaver Creek Salvation Army Camp in Saskatoon (registration for lodging and meals has closed) and online via ZOOM for those unable to travel (see ZOOM registration button below).
